This topic we will discuss about how to sent or receive a SMS in Thai language or even more foreigner languages. Sagem HiLo familly makes use of Unicode standard in order to translate input from user and pack its into PDU automatically then sent over the network. On the other hand incoming SMS can be translated to Unicode which will known by receiver application or display with according languages. Fist of all, we must tell the network that further we will use Unicode. |
